RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your Bombshell products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy for unopened and unused items with tags, and in its original packaging. Please read the details below before initiating a return.

RETURNS

Return Period

You may return your order within 60 days of receiving your package. The return shipment must be sent back to us within these 60 days.

*Sale items are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

We only accept returns for unopened, unused, and untampered products due to the hygienic nature of our items.


Items must be in their original packaging, in a resalable condition.

We do not accept returns for used, opened, or damaged items.

Sale items are non-refundable, but they can be exchanged for another product or store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thebombshellblowouts.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item before issuing a refund.

Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving the package.

Refunds may take up to 3 days to appear in your account after processing.

EXCHANGES & FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you wish to exchange a product, let us know when registering your return so we can process it quickly.

If the exchange item is unavailable, we will provide store credit or offer an alternative solution.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

What happens if I don’t pick up my package?

If you do not pick up your package or receive your delivery within the given time frame, it will automatically be returned to us. Once your package has been returned and processed, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the products in the package/delivery, excluding any shipping fees. After this, a fee of €19.90 will be charged for the unclaimed shipment to cover increased handling costs and carrier fees.

If you paid by invoice or account, the fee will be added to your invoice. If you paid by card, the fee will be deducted from your refund.
